Which insurers do you work with?
We work with major Canadian workplace benefits providers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life and Green Shield Canada, and we're adding more.
What if my partner and I are on different insurers?
That's exactly what Tandem is for. Text us your receipt once and we'll claim from your plan first, then from your partner's plan for what's left, even when they're with different insurers.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your information is encrypted, we only use it to file your claims, and we never sell your data.
